Outcome is the functional sample of the shift mechanism, working on a different principle of operation, compared to the existing variant, with increased technical parameters by means of reducing the shifting force, reducing transmission vibration from fhe gearbox to the operator and increasing shift efficiency, thus increasing the operators comfort.
