Discrete Event Simulation is increasingly used for control. On the one hand it is possible to examine different variants of solution on the other hand to eliminate useless system overdimension, measure impact of recommended changes, etc. Paper is focused to support of Six Sigma methodology used in Lean Enterprise philosophy by advanced decision making tools.
