Original abstract

This paper presents methods applicable for rapid code development with automated code generation aimed at the TMS570MCU. Concepts for merging automatically generated code from Matlab/Simulink with code developed in Code Composer Studio are explained. This approach is used to implement an inverse kinematics algorithm on the TMS570 MCU. Measured computing times illustrate the computing power of the TMS570MCU programmed with code generated from a Matlab Embedded Coder.
