Original abstract

Odborná expertíza zabývající se řešením příčin havárie převodovky hnětacího zařízení pro přípravu výrobu pryžové směsi. Obsahem práce je detailní rozbor posloupnosti dějů vedoucích k havárii, kontrolní výpočty dimenzování klíčových prvků a detailní fraktografická a metalografická analýza dodaných komponent. Zpráva jednoznačně identifikuje a popisuje příčiny vedoucí k havárii a tím přispívá k eliminaci vzniku podobných chyb v budoucnu.

English abstract

Expertise of addressing the causes of of accident gearbox rubber mixer. The thesis includes a detailed analysis of the sequence of events leading to the accident, control calculations of design key elements and detailed fractographic and metallographic analysis delivered components. The report clearly identifies and describes the causes leading to the accident and thus contributes to the elimination of similar errors in the future.
