Předmětem práv průmyslového vlastnictví (průmyslový vzor) je design faciálního 3D skeneru, který je určen k získání prostorové podoby lidského obličeje zároveň s barevnou texturou. Skener je koncipovaný jako samostatná jednotka, která se připevňuje ke standardnímu fotografickému stativu.

English abstract

The subject of the Industrial Property law (Industrial Design) is design of the facial 3D scanner. This scanner is specified for restoration of the human faces' shape and texture. The scanner is designed as an independent unit that is attached to the standard camera tripod.
