Článek se zabývá problematikou lokalizace kořenů polynomu obecného stupně s obecnými koeficienty. Je také diskutována souvislost tohoto problému s otázkami stability lineárních diferenciálních a diferenčních rovnic.

English abstract

The paper discusses a problem of location of the zeros of a general order polynomial with general coefficients. A connection of this problem to stability issues of linear differential and difference equations is discussed as well.
