Production of heavy steel castings of high degree of internal and external quality requires a specific approach in manufacture. Basic steps and criteria necessary for obtaining the castings of required quality are described in the contribution from the point of view of the many years supplier of castings, the foundry of the joint-stock company of ŽĎAS, a.s.
