Original abstract

Program je určen pro výpočet napjatosti ve slévárenské formě pro odlitky základních tvarů (válec, krychle, hranol atp.). Výpočet napjatosti je založen na aplikaci metod konečných prvků a je určen k predikci vzniku praskání forem po odlití v důsledku působení tlaku kovu ve formě.

English abstract

The program is intended for calculation of stress in a foundry mould for castings of a base shape (cylinder, cube, prism etc.). Stress calculation is based on application of FEM (finite elements method) and is intended for prediction of mould cracking after pouring as a consequence of influence of metal pressure in a mould.
