Original abstract

Účelem augmentačního prvku je vyplnění kostního defektu po léčbě osteosarkomu. Augmentace je navržena pro spojení s tibiální komponentou revizního implantátu kolenního kloubu. Součástí navrženého prvku je trabekulární struktura, která má 80% otevřenou pórovitost. Maximální velikost póru v navržené struktuře je 1mm. Tato struktura umožní fixaci implantátu pomocí kostního vrůstání. Toto je výhodné zejména pro navýšení celkové fixace revizního implantátu a možnosti regenerace kostní tkáně.

English abstract

The purpose of the augmentation component is to fill the bone defect after treatment of osteosarcoma. Augmentation is designed for connection to the tibial component of revision knee replacement implant. Designed component contain a trabecular structure, which has a 80% open porosity. The maximum pore size in the proposed structure is 1 mm. This structure allows fixation of the implant by bone ingrowth. This is especially useful for increasing the overall fixation of the revision implant and higher regeneration of bone tissue.
