V příspěvku jsou rozebrány podmínky vzniku nového povrchu a tyto jsou zhodnoceny metalograficky a metodou statistické a spektrální analýzy s využitím nekonvenčních charakteristik struktury povrchu.

English abstract

In the contribution there are analysed the conditions of new surface creation and this are evaluated by metalographical method and by the method of statistical and spectral analysis.
