Original abstract

Benchmarková automobilová výustka slouží k testování různých tvarů a počtu lamel, u nichž je možné také měnit jejich pořadí (1. Horizontální, 2. Vertikální nebo 1. Vertikální, 2. Horizontální) a v neposlední řadě i jejich natočení. Dále je možné použít různé tvary přívodních kanálů (rovný, s kolenem, s kolenem + usměrňovací lopatky) a uzavíracích klapek (jedna větší nebo dvě menší motýlkové klapky). Vliv těchto změn je možné hodnotit pomocí vizualizace výstupního proudu kouřovou metodou, dále měřit pole rychlostí a turbulencí pomocí CTA a měřit aeroakustiku jednotlivých variant.

English abstract

The benchmark car air vent can be used for benchmark tests of various configurations of vent blades (their shape and the total number of them). It is also possible to change the order of blades (horizontal-vertical and vice versa) and their angle. The vent enables to use different shapes of supply channels (straight, curved with elbow, elbow + rectifier blades) and butterfly valves (one large or two smaller). The impact of these changes in the vent configuration can be evaluated using the visualization of the output stream with the use of the smoke method. Further, the velocity field and turbulence can be measured by the CTA method and aeroacoustics of individual configurations can also be determined.
