Fixaci Kirschnerových drátů s kostí lze provést jednosměrně pomocí tažných a tlačných oliv nebo aplikací závitů s ostrým profilem, které mohou být vyrobeny v kostní tkáni řezáním.

English abstract

Extrual fixation with Kirschner-wires cabe done uni-directionally by compressive or tensile oliver or by an application of threads with sharp geometrical profile and cutting into the bone.
