Příspěvek popisuje teoretické aspekty a problémy výroby prolisů na tenkostěnných trubkách pomocí nepevného nástroje – polyuretanu a kapaliny . Řeší také volbu optimálního tlaku a vede k vývodům a závěrům prostřednictvím nichž je navržen zkušební nástroj pro sledování průběhu tohoto procesu.

English abstract

The paper describes the theoretical aspects and the problems of the flute processing on the thin walled tube surface. The flutes are made by elastic tool (polyurethane) and by fluid. This one solves the alternative of the optimal pressure and points to the relevant conclusions. These conclusions are used for design of the testing tool.
