Original abstract
For theoretical calculation of sound insulation characteristic of the complex structure it is necessary to accept many simplifications. The HAMPPEP – D 13 wood noise barrier with very good acoustics properties has a rather complicated structure. In this paper we present the calculation procedure for such type of barrier. The results of calculation – noise reduction factor R(f) and weighted noise reduction factor Rw are in good agreement with experiment. It implies, that simplified model used for theoretical calculation was adequate.
