Vynález se týká způsobu měření měrného útlumu neodpružené hmoty polonápravy osobních automobilů pomocí výpočtového aparátu bezdemontážního rezonančního testeru zahrnující výpočet hodnoty relativního přítlaku kola ke zkušební plošině při rezonanci závěsu, vyhodnocení fázového posuvu signálu přítlačné síly kola ke zkušební plošině za signálem budicího zdvihu při rezonanci závěsu a na základě fázového posunu v oblasti rezonanční frekvence vyčíslení měrného útlumu brodhad neodpružené hmoty polonápravy. Vynález se týká také bezdemontážního rezonančního testeru pro měření měrného útlumu brodhad neodpružené hmoty polonápravy spojeného s počítačem s řídicím programem s výpočtovým aparátem určeným k vyčíslení měrného útlumu neodpružené hmoty polonápravy brodhad. Hodnota budicí amplitudy ve středu kyvného rámu testeru činí 1,25 mm.

English abstract

The present invention relates to a method for measuring attenuation constant of unsprung mass of passenger car half-axle using a computation apparatus of a disassembly-free resonance tester comprising computation of relative wheel pressure value to a testing surface during resonance of the suspension, evaluation of a signal phase shift of the wheel pressure force to the testing surface after the excitation lift signal at suspension resonance, and based of the phase shift in the resonance frequency field the computation of the attenuation constant birodhad of the half-axle unsprung mass. The invention also relates to a disassembly-free resonance tester for measuring the attenuation constant birodhad of the half-axle unsprung mass connected with a computer with a supervising routine with a computation apparatus intended for enumeration of the attenuation constant birodhad of the half-axle unsprung mass. The excitation amplitude value in the middle of the tester swinging frame is 1.25 mm.
