Příspěvek informuje o vývoji v oblasti certifikace na poli integrovaného managementu ve světě i ČR. Článek poukazuje na některé problematické aspekty při snaze o zavádění integrovaných systémů řízení a pojednává i o úloze zejména interního auditu jako velmi silného nástroje prevence selhání procesu z hlediska ochrany prostředí a bezpečnosti.

English abstract

This article informt about condition of certification in the Czech integrated management area. Article further advert some questionable aspects during implementing integrated mangement system and dissertate about strong position of internal audit as strong instrument prevention of the proces failure especially form standpoint protection of environment and safeness.
