Original abstract
The thermodynamic model of the growth of graphite of spherical shape in ductile iron, its fundamental characteristics and application possibilities. Application of the model of graphite growth in the eutectic cell for the calculation of the concentration fields of carbon, manganese and copper during cooling to temperature Ar1. The effect of changes in the content of manganese and copper in ductile iron on the distribution of carbon concentration. The effect of the cooling rate on the distribution of the concentration of alloying elements (Mn and Si) and carbon.
