Original abstract
The article deals with problems of limit states in resistors of electric rail vehicles. The resistors are objects in that the electric power is expended during dynamic braking of these vehicles. The contribu-tion presents the results of experiments carried out on resistors in the laboratory conditions of the proving station in MEP Postřelmov and the results of computational modelling of buckling limit states in metal sheets.
