Original abstract
Příspěvek prezentuje výsledky výpočtového modelování v prvcích totální kyčelní endoprotézy, přičemž zatížení uvedené soustavy je šikmé a blíží se zatížení fyziologickému. V modelu jsou uvažovány rotačně symetrické výrobní nepřesnosti na kontaktním spojení hlavice a dříku a dále prostorová tvarová odchylka typu nekruhovitost. Výpočtové modelování napjatosti se realizuje systémem MKP ANSYS. Z výsledků výpočtového modelování vyplývá nárůst hodnot tahových napětí v hlavici u šikmého zatížení soustavy.
