Original abstract

Aplikace řešení bezpečnosti strojů s využitím IVR na stroji KOVOSVIT MAS. Výsledek na stroji je analýza rizik a bezpečnosti s využitím technologie imerzní virtuální reality (IVR) u robotické linky ROTORCENTRUM 1R07 z produkce KOVOSVIT MAS, a.s. V první části zprávy jsou shrnuty výchozí informace o hodnoceném stroji a proveden stručný rozbor současné normalizace a legislativní úpravy v ČR. Druhá část zprávy je zaměřena na podrobnou identifikaci nebezpečí, analýzu rizik a posouzení bezpečnosti posuzovaného stroje, při které byly prakticky testovány různé možnosti podpory rozhodovacích procesů pro uvolnění konstrukčního návrhu stroje do výroby v prostředí imersní virtuální reality. Výsledek je blíže popsan ve výzkumné zprávě Z-17-002 Analýza rizik a bezpečnosti robotické linky ROTORCENTRUM 1R07 (rozsah 240 stran, 8 obrázků, 145 tabulek, 3 přílohy).

English abstract

The result on the machine is a risk and safety analysis using immersion virtual reality (IVR) technology for the Robotic line ROTORCENTRUM 1R07 produced by KOVOSVIT MAS, a.s. The first part of the report summarizes the initial information about the robotic line under evaluation and a brief analysis of the current standardization and legislation in the Czech Republic. The second part of the report focuses on the detailed identification of hazards, risk analysis and safety assessment of the robotic line, in which various possibilities of decision support processes for releasing the design of the robotic line into production in the environment of immersive virtual reality were practically tested. This result is described in detail in the research report Z-17-002 Risk and Safety Analysis of robotic line ROTORCENTRUM 1R07 (range 240 pages, 8 pictures, 145 tables, 3 attachments).
