Original abstract

Zátěžná válcová jednotka umožňuje testování brzdné síly automobilu a také vyvození brzdného momentu zatěžujícího motor automobilu. Zátěžná jednotka vychází z komerčně vyráběného testeru brzd RP600. Z tohoto testeru byl použit rám a válce. Rám byl upraven tak, aby umožnil instalaci motorů Lenze se šnekovou převodovkou s převodem 1:7 a senzorů zátěžného momentu. Vybraná sestava elektromotorů a převodovky umožňuje zatížit pohon automobilu výkonem až 26 kW a vyvodit brzdný moment až 378 Nm.

English abstract

The loading unitenables to test the braking force of the car and also to derive the braking torque loading the car's engine. The load unit is based on the commercially produced RP600 brake tester. A frame and rollers were used from this tester. The frame has been modified to allow the installation of Lenze motors with a 1: 7 worm gearbox and load torque sensors. The selected set of electric motors and gearboxes allows the car's drive to be loaded with an output of up to 26 kW and a braking torque of up to 378 Nm.
