Original abstract
Odlitky byly vyrobeny z korozivzdorné superduplexní austeniticko-feritické oceli G2607Cu. Jednalo se o lopatky, čísla odlitku 18 110 a 18 124, které byly zákazníkem S+C již přivařeny k náboji rotoru. V místech čepů se u těchto lopatek objevily vady, které byly indikovány při kapilární zkoušce. V rámci smluvního výzkumu byly provedeny analýzy vad a návrh jejich odstranění.
English abstract
The castings were made of stainless superduplex austenitic-ferritic steel G2607Cu. These were blades, casting numbers 18 110 and 18 124, which were already welded to the rotor hub by the S + C customer. Defects appeared in the places of the pins in these blades, which were indicated during the capillary test. As part of the contract research, analyzes of defects and a proposal for their elimination were performed.
