Original abstract

Hlavní funkce kontroleru je řízení emisního testeru. Jádrem kontrolerů je PLC, které na základě signálu z čidel a vstupů z uživatelského rozhraní řídí frekvenční měniče. Na výstup frekvenčních měničů jsou pak připojeny elektromotory testeru které pohánějí, nebo brzdí válce roztáčející kola testovaného automobilu. Součástí kontroléru jsou i brzdné odpory, ve kterých se maří energie přenášená z kol automobilu.

English abstract

The main function of the controller is to control the emission tester. The core of the controllers is the PLC, which controls the VFD based on the signal from the sensors and inputs from the user interface. The electric motors of the tester are then connected to the output of the VFDs, which power or brake the cylinders turning the wheels of the tested car. The controller also includes braking resistors, in which the energy transmitted from the car wheels is wasted.
