Original abstract

Funkční vzorek statorového kola ověřuje nové možnosti chlazení komponent leteckého motoru. Chlazení je zajištěno komplexní geometrií lopatek s vnitřními dutinami, která mohla být vyrobena díky aditivní technologii Selective Laser Melting. Statorové kolo je vyrobeno z niklové slitiny Inconel 939 a následně tepelně zpracováno pro zvýšení creep odolnosti. Funkční vzorek byl úspěšně otestován v reálných podmínkách leteckého motoru, kde potencionálně může přinést zvýšení účinnosti.

English abstract

The stator wheel verifies new possibilities for cooling the aircraft engine components. Cooling is ensured by the complex geometry of the blades with internal cavities, which could be produced thanks to the additive technology Selective Laser Melting. The stator wheel is made of nickel-based alloy Inconel 939 that was subsequently heat-treated to increase creep resistance. The functional sample has been successfully tested in real aircraft engine conditions, where it can potentially increase efficiency.
