Original abstract

Prototyp profilu je vyrobený dílec profilu V29 v délce 4000mm v produkční variantě vyztužení. Prototyp vyrobený ze směsi, která splňuje podmínky pevností kategorie E30. Vzorek je vyrobený z polyesterové matrice a vyztužený vlákny z E-skla, a rohožemi ETM 450. Unikátnost profilu je v tom, že vnější obvod profilu je vyztužen jen 4 rohožemi. To je podstatný rozdíl oproti běžné skladbě z 8 vnějších rohoží. Z použitých rohoží jsou 3 rohože naváděny 3D tvarovacími přípravky, které umožnily snížit počet naváděných rohoží a dochází tak k úspoře materiálu vnější rohože ve výši 24%.

English abstract

The prototype profile is a manufactured part of the V29 profile with a length of 4000 mm in the production version of the reinforcement. Prototype made from a binder mixture that meets the strength requirements of the E30 category. The sample is made of a polyester matrix and reinforced with E-glass fibers and mats ETM 450. The uniqueness of the profile is that the outer perimeter of the profile is reinforced with only 4 mats. This is a significant difference compared to the normal composition of 8 outer mats. Of the used mats, 3 mats are guided by 3D shaping devices, which made it possible to reduce the number of guided mats, thus saving the material of the outer mat in the amount of 24%.
