Podstata difuzoru hořákového plamence spočívá v tom, že je plášť difuzoru opatřen recirkulačními otvory, provedenými v pravidelných odstupech pro nasávání spalin, přičemž recirkulační otvory jsou opatřeny lopatkami směřujícími dovnitř difuzoru, a vystupujícími z hran recirkulačních otvorů, které jsou rovnoběžné s okrajovou hranou pláště, kterou je difuzor namontován na hořák a počet lopatek odpovídá počtu recirkulační otvorů. Ve výhodném provedení mají lopatky čtvercový tvar odpovídající tvaru recirkulačních otvorů. V jiném výhodném provedení jsou lopatky ve tvaru obdélníku, který má menší plochu, než je plocha recirkulačního otvoru. V jiném výhodném provedení jsou lopatky ve tvaru lichoběžníku.

The essence of a flame burner diffuser is that the diffuser shell is provided with recirculation openings made at regular intervals for the intake of the flue gas, the recirculation openings being provided with blades pointing inwards into the diffuser and extending from the edges of the recirculation openings which are parallel to the edge of the casing through which the diffuser is mounted to the burner and the number of vanes corresponds to the number of of the recirculation openings. In a preferred embodiment, the vanes have a square shape corresponding to the shape of the recirculation openings. In another preferred embodiment, the blades are rectangular in shape, having a smaller surface area than the the area of the recirculation opening. In another preferred embodiment, the blades are trapezoid shaped.
