Original abstract

Laboratorní výměník pro výzkum kondenzačních procesů je systém, který umožňuje detailně sledovat kondenzační procesy vodní páry ve spalinách. Díky tomu je možné ověřit teoretické předpoklady pro výpočtové algoritmy při návrhu nejen spalinových kondenzátorů. Laboratorní výměník je možné umístit k jakémukoliv vhodnému zdroji spalin či brýdových plynů a umožňuje sledovat vlastnosti spalin (plynu) před a za výměníkem i vlastnosti vznikajícího kondenzátu. Teplo je odváděno v rámci cirkulační smyčky chladicí vody, díky čemuž je možné nastavit vstupní teplotní úroveň i sledovat rozložení teplotního pole chladicí vody v testovací části výměníku.

English abstract

The laboratory exchanger for research into condensation processes is a system that allows detailed monitoring of condensation processes of water vapor in flue gases. This makes it possible to verify theoretical assumptions for calculation algorithms when designing not only flue gas condensers. The laboratory exchanger can be placed near any suitable source of flue gases or steam gases and allows monitoring of the properties of flue gases (gas) before and after the exchanger as well as the properties of the resulting condensate. The heat is removed within the cooling water circulation loop, which makes it possible to set the input temperature level and monitor the distribution of the cooling water temperature field in the test part of the exchanger.
