Příspěvek popisuje návrh technologické zkoušky tenkostěnných trubek prolisováním stěny pomocí nepevného nástroje – polyuretanu. Snaží se o popis optimálního tlaku a vede k vývodům a závěrům, prostřednictvím nichž je navržen zkušební nástroj pro tuto zkoušku, provedeny experimenty k bližšímu rozboru problematiky a navržena metoda a způsob vyhodnocení zkoušky.

The paper describes a design of a technological test of thin-walled tubes by wall flute processing with use an elastic tool – polyurethane. There is an effort to describe optimal forming pressure in this work. This one conduces to findings which helped to propose a testing tool for this test. There are carried out experiments for illumination of this problem and complete evaluation of test in this work too.
