Original abstract

Prototyp měřicího, kontrolního a záznamového systému (testovací stand) slouží k ověření a odladění navržené technologie z hlediska jednotné geometrické a rozměrové kvality a jakosti, kladené na výsledný produkt – celoobvodově spirálově kladované trubkové polotovary a výrobky z nich. Během procesu navařování je třeba garantovat pravidelnost navařované vrstvy a současně sledovat její geometrické vlastnosti, jako je například výška návaru, topologie povrchu nově vytvořeného návaru, kontrola pozice navařovaného polotovaru vůči navařovací hubici, deformace, kroucení atd. Testovací stand je možné aplikovat na obdobné aplikace měření a v případě servisu technologie navařování může být využíván pro seřízení stroje.

English abstract

The prototype of the measuring, control and recording system (test stand) serves to verify and debug the designed technology in terms of uniform geometric and dimensional quality and quality required for the final product – full-circuit spiral-formed tubular semi-finished products and products made of them. During the welding process, it is necessary to guarantee the regularity of the welded layer and at the same time to monitor its geometric properties, such as the height of the weld, the topology of the surface of the newly formed weld, the control of the position of the welded semi-finished product in relation to the welding nozzle, deformation, twisting, etc. The test stand can be applied to similar measurement applications and can be used for machine adjustment in case of servicing of the welding technology.
