Original abstract

Řídicí jednotka umožňuje semiaktivní ovládání magnetoreologických tlumičů na vozové jednotce Inter/Regiopanter. Jednotka umožňuje pomocí diferenčních digitálních vstupů připojení čidla zdvihu tlumiče, čidla zrychlení odpružené hmoty a bezkontaktního snímače signálu z čidla ABS, ze kterého je získávána aktuální rychlost vozidla.. Na základě měřených signálů generuje proud v rozsahu 0-7A do magnetoreologického tlumiče. K řídicí jednotce je možné se připojit pomocí LAN rozhranní, přes které je možné přepínat algoritmy a sledovat aktuální měřené signály. Po připojení napájecího napětí se automaticky spouští záznam všech měřených a počítaných signálů na zabudovanou SD kartu. Řídicí jednotka také umožňuje měřit skutečný proud do tlumiče, čehož se využívá k základní diagnostice správné funkce magnetoreologického tlumiče.

English abstract

The control unit enables semi-active control of magnetorheological dampers on the Inter/Regiopanter train unit. The unit allows connection of a damper stroke sensor, a sprung mass acceleration sensor, and a non-contact ABS sensor signal input using differential digital inputs, from which the current vehicle speed is obtained. Based on the measured signals, it generates a current in the range of 0–7 A for the magnetorheological damper. The control unit can be connected via a LAN interface, through which algorithms can be switched and current measured signals can be monitored. When the power supply is connected, recording of all measured and calculated signals automatically starts on the built-in SD card. The control unit also enables measurement of the actual current supplied to the damper, which is used for basic diagnostics of the proper functioning of the magnetorheological damper.
