Original abstract

Funkční vzorek zařízení pro testování distribuce plastického maziva. Zařízení je využito při laboratornímu výzkumu distribuce plastického maziva na vnějším a vnitřním kroužku ložiska a na jeho valivých elementech včetně hodnocení režimu mazání a teploty ve valivém ložisku. Zařízení obsahuje elektromotor 3500 ot/min, který přes pružnou spojku pohání hřídel uloženou ve dvou ložiscích. Moment je veden na zkoušené ložisko přes vnitřní a vnější prodloužení. Za pouzdrem je snímač síly 2000 N a pneumatický válec 1500 N pro axiální zatížení. Skříň umožňuje přesné uchycení kroužků, přenos momentu a ruční montáž (H7/h6). Vnější kroužek je fixován pružinovým pístem. Pouzdro z Al obsahuje 3 topné patrony (až 100 °C). Konstrukce umožňuje rychlou výměnu ložisek.

English abstract

Functional sample of a device for testing grease distribution. The device is used in laboratory research of grease distribution on the outer and inner rings of a bearing and on its rolling elements, including evaluation of the lubrication regime and temperature in the rolling bearing. The device contains a 3500 rpm electric motor, which drives a shaft mounted in two bearings via a flexible coupling. The torque is transmitted to the tested bearing via the inner and outer extensions. Behind the housing is a 2000 N force sensor and a 1500 N pneumatic cylinder for axial loading. The housing allows for precise mounting of the rings, torque transmission, and manual assembly (H7/h6). The outer ring is fixed by a spring piston. The aluminum housing contains three heating cartridges (up to 100 °C). The design allows for quick replacement of bearings.
