Software algoritm that (i) performs detection of threading dislocations in BSE ECCI images from scanning electron microscope, (ii) identifies the g-vector of each individual dislocation in every image and (iii) classifies the dislocation by determining the angle between g-vectors acquired in two diffraction conditions..
