Original abstract

HVAC jednotka vyvinutá v rámci dílčího projektu EnTech (dále jen Čikita – modul 1 a Čikita roof – modul 2) je technické zařízení pro úpravu parametrů vzduchu pro klimatizaci kabiny dopravního prostředku (pokrytí tepelné ztráty, tepelného zisku, úpravu vlhkosti a větrání kabiny). Modul 1 i 2 byly koncipovány pro využití v tepelném managementu různých druhů elektrických vozidel v kombinaci s monoblokovým tepleným čerpadlem vyžívajícím přírodní uhlovodíková chladiva. Z tohoto důvodu jsou jednotky zkonstruovány bez výparníků/kondenzátorů přímo v jednotce a využívají výměníky s teplonosnými kapalinami. Tím byl eliminován problém výbušnosti přírodních chladiv a nebezpečí při rozvodu těchto chladiv po vozidle a do prostoru kabiny.

English abstract

The HVAC unit developed as part of the EnTech sub-project (hereinafter referred to as Čikita – module 1 and Čikita roof – module 2) is a technical device for adjusting air parameters for air conditioning in the cabin of a vehicle (covering heat loss, heat gain, humidity adjustment, and cabin ventilation). Modules 1 and 2 were designed for use in the thermal management of various types of electric vehicles in combination with a monoblock heat pump using natural hydrocarbon refrigerants. For this reason, the units are designed without evaporators/condensers directly in the unit and use heat exchangers with heat transfer fluids. This eliminated the problem of the explosiveness of natural refrigerants and the danger of distributing these refrigerants throughout the vehicle and into the cabin.
