Vytvořený funkční vzorek představuje automatizované robotické pracoviště pro svařování nosných vodicích konstrukcí šikmých schodišťových plošin. Sestává z průmyslového robotu se svařovacím agregátem, polohovadla svařence a senzoru pro automatickou korekci dráhy svaru. Robot zajišťuje přesné vedení dráhy i u složitých geometrií, polohovadlo umožňuje natočení konstrukce do technologicky vhodných poloh a senzorický systém průběžně koriguje trajektorii podle skutečné polohy svarové spáry. Funkční vzorek tak demonstruje možnosti adaptivního robotického svařování se zvýšenou opakovatelností a kvalitou svarů při snížených nárocích na ruční zásahy.

The developed functional prototype is an automated robotic workstation for welding load-bearing guide structures of inclined stair platforms. It consists of an industrial robot with an integrated welding power source, a workpiece positioner and a sensor for automatic weld path correction. The robot ensures precise path tracking even for complex geometries, the positioner enables orientation of the structure into technologically suitable positions, and the sensor system continuously corrects the trajectory according to the actual weld seam location. The prototype demonstrates the potential of adaptive robotic welding with increased repeatability and weld quality while reducing the need for manual intervention.
