Original abstract

Monitorovací jednotka CNC obráběcího stroje je určená k podpoře proaktivní údržby hlavních konstrukčních prvků stroje. Bude primárně sloužit k posuzování technického stavu a kondice stroje, tedy zatěžování a predikce zbytkové trvanlivosti vybraných komponent, které představují kritické komponenty z hlediska reklamací a nezbytných oprav. Architektura monitorovací jednotky je koncipována tak, že v budoucnu bude umožněno její další rozšiřování o funkce požadované zákazníkem.

English abstract

The CNC machine tool monitoring unit is designed to support proactive maintenance of the machine's main structural elements. It will primarily be used to assess the technical condition and status of the machine, i.e., the load and predicted remaining service life of selected components that are critical in terms of complaints and necessary repairs. The architecture of the monitoring unit is designed so that it can be further expanded in the future with functions requested by the customer.
