Original abstract

Funkční vzorek filtračního zařízení pro čištění spalin s horizontálně uloženými filtračními kapsami z nerezové tkaniny je určen pro instalace s omezenou zástavbovou výškou. Zařízení slouží k separaci pevných částic úletového popela zejména ve spalovacích procesech, kde teplota filtrovaného média přesahuje 150 °C. Zařízení je použitelné i pro nižší teploty; z provozního hlediska představuje bezpečnější a při dlouhodobém provozu spolehlivější alternativu k běžně používaným filtrům s textilními rukávci.

English abstract

Functional prototype of a flue-gas filtration unit with horizontally arranged filter pockets made of stainless-steel fabric is a suitable option for installations where the available installation height is limited. The unit is designed to separate particulate matter—primarily fly ash—from flue gases, especially in combustion processes where the temperature of the filtered medium exceeds 150 °C. The filtration unit can also be used at lower temperatures; from a technical and operational perspective, it represents a safer and, in long-term operation, more reliable alternative to commonly used fabric bag (sleeve) filters.
