Original abstract

Při hodnocení kvality agropelet je nutné zohlednit jejich heterogenitu a nerovnoměrné podmínky při sušení a tvrdnutí během transportu a skladování. Pelety bývají po peletování stále teplé a vlhké, proto se v big bag vacích nechávají otevřené pro postupné vysychání a tvrdnutí. V důsledku toho se jejich vlhkost a mechanické vlastnosti v různých úrovních vaku liší. Pro reprezentativní odběr vzorků je proto nutné odebírat pelety z různých míst přepravní nádoby. Vzorkovač pelet je určen pro technologicky správný odběr vzorků agropelet z big bag vaků po jejich plnění. Zařízení tvoří válcovitá odběrná nádoba s pevným dnem a víkem, rozdělená přepážkami na samostatné odběrné komory rovnoměrně rozmístěné po celé její výšce. Konstrukce umožňuje stabilní umístění vzorkovače při plnění vaku a zároveň efektivní odvod tepla a vodní páry díky perforovanému plášti a víku.

English abstract

To properly assess the quality of agropellets, it is necessary to take into account their heterogeneity and uneven drying and hardening conditions during transport and storage. The moisture content immediately after pelleting is still significantly higher than that of final pellets. It is therefore common practice to leave pellets to openly dry and gradually harden. As a result, their moisture content and mechanical properties vary at different levels of the bag. For representative sampling, it is therefore necessary to take pellets from different locations in the transport bag. The agropellet sampler is designed for the technologically correct sampling of agropellets from big bags after filling. The device consists of a cylindrical sampling container with a solid bottom and lid, divided with partitions into separate sampling chambers evenly spaced throughout its length. The design allows for stable placement of the sampler during bag filling and, at the same time, effective heat and water vapor removal thanks to perforated shell and lid.
