Original abstract

V současné době se při návrhu staveb stále více klade důraz na energetickou náročnost budov. Prosklené fasády představují možnost využití slunečního záření za účelem snížení energetické spotřeby energie budov. Toto je velmi důležitá věc zejména v oblastech mírných klimatických podmínek. Za tímto účelem byly vyhodnoceny dvě budovy s odlišnými transparentními systémy opláštění, jednoduchou a dvojitou transparentní fasádou.

English abstract

Glazed building envelopes are significant features of contemporary architecture. Glazed facades are designed not only for their modern view but also for energy saving purposes. Large south oriented glazed areas could represent important solar gains but on the other hand they cause overheating and glare during summer days. Two representants of solar glazed facades were investigated for energy efficiency in climatic conditions of the central European region.
