Original abstract
Growing requirements for a cutting tool, precision and productivity a better understanding of machining processes becomes very important. Cutting forces provide valuable information about chips formation process, cooling performance, energy consumption, etc. The impact of coatings and cooling fluid on quality and precision of precise grooves was evaluated. Some new conceptions where applied to the experimental grooving cycle and verified at CNC centre experimentally.
