Original abstract

The application of constructive ceramic parts and ceramic layers is very suitable in wire drawing tools, all-ceramic and metalloceramic drawing blocks, floating mandrels for cold process pipe drawing, calibrational dies and drawing rings as well as a replacement of mettals and sinteres carbides at the designing of the extrusion tools. All important designing ruls and principles for application of the ceramic parts are described in this article.
