Original abstract

Zkušební tělesa byla připravena injekčním vstřikováním keramických suspenzí tvořených vybranými pojivy a submikrometrickým oxidem hlinitým. Byly zkoumány defekty vznikající při vstřikování a vyjímání dílů z formy. U zkušebních těles v syrovém stavu byly stanoveny mechanické vlastnosti. Byl diskutován vztah mezi zjištěnými defekty při vstřikování, složením pojiva a mechanickými vlastnostmi keramických směsí.

English abstract

Injection moulded test bodies were prepared from ceramic mixtures consisted of selected binders and submicrometer alumina powder. Defects originating in the injection and part ejection steps were investigated. Mechanical properties of green bodies were measured. Relations among injection moulding defects, binder composition and mechanical properties of ceramic mixtures were discussed.
