Článek popisuje cíle a předpokládané přínosy dílčího úkolu B3 v rámci celého CLKV. Na uvedené předpokládané přínosy navazuje popis dosavadních splněných cílů, stav rozpracovanosti úkolů a nástin dalšího postupu prací na rok 2001.

English abstract

The paper describes main objectives and expected assets of the subproject B3 of the Centre of Aerospace Research. The objectives that were already achieved, state of the completion and summary of the work schedule for year 2001 are discussed.
