Original abstract

Tento článek popisuje principy činnosti a základy konstrukce ultravakuového zařízení pro mikroskopii rastrovací sondou (UHV SPM), které bylo vyvinuto na Ústavu fyzikálního inženýrství, FSI VUT v Brně. Dále jsou uvedeny některé aplikace při studiích povrchů, mikrostruktur a nanostruktur za atmosférických podmínek.

English abstract

This paper reports on operation principles and design fundamentals of the UHV instrument for scanning probe microscopy developed in the Institute of Physical Engineering at Brno University of Technology. Examples of some applications of the microscope for studies of surfaces and Micro/nano structures under atmospheric conditions have been given as well.
