The paper deals with multidirectional holographic interferometry (MHI). It starts with mentioning of possibilities of the MHI and required properties of phase objects. Next is mentioned the schematics of the experimental setup and its limits. Follows the part focused on computation of the phase from interferograms, phase unwrapping, and tomographic reconstruction. Finally, an example of the reconstruction of temperature field of the alcohol burner is presented.
