Original abstract

The dynamic stability control presents one of the important parts of flight characteristics analysis of design atmospheric aircraft. The dynamic stability calculations, following aircraft from its primary design, have a great influence on the final aircraft appearance. The suitability of proposed aircraft design and possible modifications will appear just during the flight tests. The results of flight tests are used for the verification of applied theory and for the verification of designed aircraft stability and control as well. This paper presents the issue of flight measurement and theory calculations of longitudinal dynamic stability. It is dealing in detail with comparison of performed flight measurements and computations. The aircraft, mainly supporting this research, is the two-seat all-metal motor glider L-13 SE Vivat.
