V této práci je navržen obecný matematický model a program, umožňující efektivně sledovat odchylky skutečného průběhu projektu od plánovaného (rozvrhovaného), umožňující manažerovi účinně vykonat regulační zásahy.

English abstract

In this paper a general mathematical model and a programme are proposed, enabling to observe, by the efficient way, the deviations between the actual and scheduled course of project, facilitating control interventions of the manager to the project.
