Having regard to the fact that different installations containing various dangerous chemical substances are used in plants, identification of the installation which can have, due to internal serious industrial accident, an adverse impact also outside the assessed establishment, is not an easy task. Dangerous substances are present in various amounts, at different operational conditions, and differ in physical properties.
