Original abstract

Českomoravská vrchovina – Vysočina je známá svou tradicí výroby železa a litiny. K výrobě železa předurčovala tuto oblast řada nalezišť železných rud, rozsáhlé lesy (palivo) a rezervoáry vodní energie. V tomto příspěvku je podán stručný přehled historie železářského hutnictví ve vymezeném teritoriu v okolí Jedovnice.

English abstract

Bohemian and Moravian highlands is famous place known for heritage of ferrous alloys production. There are number of ironstone fields, large forrest and reservoirs of water energy. The contribution deals with history of iron metallurgy round Jedovnice.
