Original abstract

One of significant trend in getting of major competitive advantage, higher productivity, efficiency of company and keeping their own rank in dynamic market environment in present-day is implementing process of organization and orientation of customer process. The processionary of organization solicitous organize, and control work in companies as compact process. This process is decomposition on the individual each other logical and linked sub-process which are orientation on the result, i. e. on the value for customer.
