Jednou z možností využití tzv. Computer Aided (CA) technologií je i možnost výroby různých kostních náhrad skeletálního systému, který začal výrobou umělých kyčelních kloubů v 80. letech a pokračuje zejména v oblasti náhrad kolenních kloubů v současné době.

English abstract

One of the CA (Computer Aided) technologies is a production of various bone replacements of the sketelal system that started in the 80s and continues today. The paper deals with data acquisition, CAD/CAM manufacture and 5-axix machining of the substitutes.
